How much notice do you need to provide an associate?
We can get you help ASAP or well in advance. Because of our proprietary software, we can find you the exact match for your staffing need IMMEDIATELY. If you prefer to take more time, interview first, or just give us plenty of notice, we can work that way, too.

We don't use temps that often, does that matter?
Every client customer is important to us, whether you nee one associate for 50 weeks or 50 associates for one week. We are a boutique service with all the resources of the large national and multi-national agencies - but at Exact Staff, you account will not get lost in a rigid corporate structure. We been in business since 1996. We are a private, woman-owned company, and we are proud to have been named for the past two years as one of the top 100 women-owned businesses in Los Angeles by the LA Business Journal. We are active members of many Human Resources organizations including PIHRA, TempNet and The American Staffing Association.
